We genuinely love the house and neighborhood and weren’t originally planning to leave, but my grandmother is in her 90s and living in a senior care facility, so we’ve decided to move closer to her.

The house was built in 1994, but it has been very well maintained, updated over the years, and never used as a rental. We recently had additional maintenance/touch-ups done before listing, and the roof was replaced in 2024.

This house has brought me a lot of good memories and good luck，I reconnected with someone I once liked and married her, started a new career after 10+ years at my previous job, and we’ve been happy and healthy here. We’re only moving to be closer to family and our 90+ year-old loved one, so it’s honestly pretty hard to leave. 🥹
