Sellers stopped maintaining yard while contingent

Today I removed contingency (edited) on a 690k house I was contingent to buy for 2 months. I drove out to the property just to take a look and the sellers haven’t cut the grass all spring. There are a few downed tree limbs from recent storms and everything is overgrown.

A) Why would a seller do this when inspection and appraisal backouts are still possible? B) am I justified to ask for some kind of closing credit to have the landscaping at least trimmed and debris cleared?

My friend recently went on vacation to Japan and brought me back this jerky, does anyone know if HMart carries it or similar? It’s the best jerky I’ve ever had

Mis’s max velocity at career prime

I was watching the Mis start tonight and realized I’ve not followed a power pitcher like this before. He is young, and presumably his body still developing. With additional time in a major league training program, could we one day see him hit 104-106 consistently? Or is that kind of speed enhancement not really possible from age 24 to say 28?
