Best hair systems I’ve ever seen, and he custom makes them, what’s the catch?

Why does this random European kid make the best hair systems I’ve ever seen. Like doing the gradient hair in the front etc, I think these are only meant to be worn every so often not permanent.

But why do so many suck when this kid can make them himself so good?
