Help needed to get a LIVE person at Edd SDI

Hello! I am stuck at CERTIFICATION NEEDED. There are no additional forms under available forms nor in my inbox. I have my appointment with my psychiatrist today in which he is planning on extending my time.

I need to get paid soon it’s the beginning of the month soon and I’m stuck at this point. Since last week I’ve been calling over 50+ times a day using the 240 method tried doing the automated system. I need help to get to a live person without paying 12.99 for a robot caller lol

Please help with any advice!

Getting back to the gym after 8ish years

I am 34 f, been always bigger with an average weight of 220-230. I am taller, 5”9, so that kind of evens out my weight. When I had my child, it was in April 2020 so peak Covid so I stayed home worked from home took care of my child from home and gained a lot of weight. No excuses most of you might say but shit postpartum is real. My highest I have been is 360 lbs, which was in 2024. I was diagnosed with diabetes and other minor health related conditions. My doctor offered me Ozempic which I am taking and it’s pushed my weight down to 290 lbs. Unfortunately, I have not been in the right mindset to continue with the progression without relying on the drug. Yeah, I am now aware of what I need to do and my first step is to make myself feel happy again? If you guys know what I’m saying. So back to the title I’m going back to the gym Monday morning, 8:30 AM on the dot. I want to go in there with a plan but it’s been so long that all I can think of is just going on the treadmill doing some stretches. I know about machines like if you explain it to me I’ll get what you’re talking about, but I’m not an expert and I’m looking for ways to integrate myself back into a routine. Any advice will be helpful. I wanna take it easy, but I wanna feel I can do this every day without pushing myself to the edge. If anyone can suggest a good routine to get back into, that would be very helpful. TYSM 🙏🏽
