I feel like I need a complete glow up and I don’t even know where to start 😭
Lately I’ve been feeling like I’m stuck in this weird phase where I don’t feel bad about myself exactly, but I also don’t feel like the best version of myself either.
I keep seeing people talk about “glow ups” and at first I thought it was just changing your hair, skincare, makeup, clothes, going to the gym, etc. But now I’m starting to think it’s deeper than that. Some people genuinely look happier, more confident, more put together and I can’t tell if it’s because they changed physically or because something changed mentally too.
I feel like there’s so much advice online that it gets overwhelming. One person says drink more water. Another says go to the gym. Someone says sleep more. Someone else says fix your mindset, fix your diet, fix your posture, learn makeup, learn fashion, fix your hair, fix your confidence 😭
It starts feeling like I need to rebuild myself from scratch.
So I’m curious for people who actually had a noticeable glow up: what genuinely changed things for you? And I don’t mean filters or temporary stuff.
What made you feel more attractive, healthier, more confident, or just better overall? Could be physical, mental, habits, routines, literally anything.
I wanna hear real answers because I feel like I’m lost on where to even begin.
