Hi all, little context about me

I have 6 years of experience, working as a senior software engineer. I work with python and AWS but it's more like a maintainer job

Last year i didn't get a hike and I got a promotion with no hike. This year my hike is just 7% , it's like insulting. I would rather not get it. I got so comfortable with this remote job and I work only for 3 hours but the client is an asshole but I handle him very well along with the job. This hike feels so insulting.

I don't feel confident to prepare for DSA and system design at this time but I'm desperate to find a job with atleast 60-70% hike which would be around 24 - 25 lpa , i am neurodivergent. I don't know how to keep it going. But i feel like i got no option now

Can someone please guide me, evaluate my resume, and give me tips to prepare for interviews. I wish I have an accountability partner and to study together.

Can I do this in 3 months or would it take more time ?
