It's been just over 4 months with this new combo.
Hopefully I'll actually get to compete it next week in my short program.
Well I survived! Earned my highest score so far 127.77 and landed first ever triple lutz triple toe in competition.
The triple axel in new blades after such a short time 😔 I just couldn't get it this time. Thank you for the support , it will happen next time 🤞
That horrible devastation when you feel ready and everything is going good during and you can't wait to compete your new short for the first time and then this!! And I had to withdraw from first ever event.
Good news it was not a combined event competition and I just got new blades so I am ready for free skate on Saturday.
Can anyone relate to this situation or feeling? Please share your horror stories
2 days till I attempt to compete with this jump and make it comp official 🤞
Yesterday was best day yet training landed 9 during session.
This is my choreo for my upcoming season. Still working on expressing my emotions for this performance to Battle cry by Imagine dragons
This is a part of my new short program, still working on cleaning it up and consistency.
Since this is a big topic for this upcoming year I thought I'd share some information told to us at USFS elite jump camp.
A team US official said he doesn't want to see any actual spin positions I.E. ones already required and used to fill spin position requirements.
In our ISU updates class ( hosted by an ISU official) we were told you can spin on any part of the body as long as the 3 consecutive rotations on one or two blades is met.
This is truly going to be an interesting new element! Can't wait to see what others create.
