Is it too late for me to start on HRT at my age?

I’ve been on Tirz for about 2 years with a couple of breaks. (Lost 42 lbs.). My fave supplier has been Lavender Sky and the Hallendale pharmacy. I am liking for the lowest monthly fee and don’t mind paying in advance for a six month or year supply if that’s a thing? I have researched so much I’ve lost track of my options so I’m turning to you Redditors for your wise counsel. Please make it easy for me and give me the bottom line before my head explodes!
