3rd week into TRT, feeling emotional, No AI started yet

I am into 3rd week of TRT, 150mg/week,
Divided into three injections. I have noticed a weight gain despite being on Reta and calorie deficit, and regular workouts. I feel like it’s a water weight i am gaining. I have also started feeling bit emotional. Nothing is making me happy. Strength has improved in gym though. No nipple sensitivity. Sharing my blood work before stating TRT. Plan to do another bloodwork after 3 more weeks, that is 6 weeks into TRT.

My question is, is this happen in due to oestrogen? Given I do not have any gyno or nipple sensitivity, should I consider adding AI? Or should I wait for next blood work?

Would TRT help me? Or my natural numbers are good?

Background: 43 year old male, strength training 2,3 times a week. Never been on Testosterone before. Very disciplined in terms of diet and currently sitting 19-20% body fat%

Goal: better energy, reduce brain fog, a bit more active lifestyle, better libido.

Bad habits: vape + hookah shisha smoke. No alcohol, no over eating.

Based on the these numbers, should I get onto TRT? Do these numbers make me eligible to get onto TRT? Would it help me?

My energy levels are down then what it used be 3,4 years ago. I have also noticed low libido. No problem with ED though.
