i’m sure this has been asked before but is it possible to work at 2 mcdonald locations at the same time ?

some stuff i need to let you guys know just so i have a more concrete answer:

1. “why would you want to work at 2 mcdonald’s at the same time ?”

- ‘cause despite being full time and despite having 30 hours listed as my minimum, i’m only getting 15 hour weeks. i don’t think i can live like that !

2. as far as i know, said 2 mcdonald’s are from two different franchise / franchisee owners.

3. i’m applying not only because i need a steady, consistent source of income, but also because coompared to the location of the mcdonald’s i’m working at right now, i live relatively close by to the mcdonald’s i’m planning* *to work at ! like, it’s literally 12 minutes away by foot, lol.

im getting my shit together and for that to happen i need money, and without the hours i need i won’t be getting that money. sorry if it’s a little bit of a ramble and a vent post at the same time, but really, any answer, however blunt, helps me a lot ! thanks in advance : - )

new hire here, 5th midnight shift today, 8th overall shift, 2nd time doing things by myself.

broke down midshift and asked my manager if he could punch me out — he said yeah but asked again if i was sure, i said yes cuz i was being a dramatic idiot that couldn’t do shit right.

am i getting fired?????

realistically speaking, is it even possible to juggle a full time job while in uni ?

i’m planning to move out real soon cuz i don’t think my parents will approve of my transition but before i do, i’ll have to plan out a fuck ton of stuff like rent, hrt, therapy, meds, savings, &c &c, nd there’s no way i can get those without being a working adult .

i’m currently working at a mcdonald’s, and by my vv rough estimates, if and only if i don’t fuck up, i’ll be making 30k+ per year working here, and that’s full time. i imagine that number’s gonna b halved if ever i do part time.

now, while i haven’t graduated hs yet (embarassing, i know, but it’s due to a couple of reasons that i don’t want to disclose) , i do want to eventually go to uni / college . now, back to my main question, is it possible to balance a full time job AND university / college ? i rlly rlly want to hear ur guys’ experiences cuz as much as i want to do part time, i don’t think i’ll be able to afford rent along with hormones and blockers with my current salary .

they said that i should expect results within a week or so, and yes, i know it hasn’t even been 1 week, but i’m curious if any of you who applied there have gotten an offer yet or not.

just a bit curious ‘cause i’ve got an offer from a certain fast food chain atm, but i’m waiting for a response on nandos’ end.

a bit unrelated but any advice on how i should handle this will go a long way ! should i accept the offer or should i wait 2-3 days ‘til i get a response over at nandos ?
