Rental property management companies

So I’ve been looking for a place to rent in Cheyenne and I recently found a place posted that looked great and it was within my price range. It was posted by the Cheyenne Property Management Group and I was about to apply but I had a question about the application. So, I looked up when they were opened so I could call and when I did that I noticed that they had a 1.7 rating on Google out of 194 reviews. The reviews are absolutely terrible for this company and it made me not want to be in any of their properties. I just had to ask somewhere if this company is actually terrible and I should stay away or if they’ve gotten better.

Looking for a place to rent

I’ll be moving to Cheyenne in August because I just accepted a job offer from there. I’m currently looking at every possible option I can online and I’m finding mixed reviews about the larger apartment complexes and I’m not sure if the prices are worth the hassle. My brother is also moving with me because he wants to start over in a new place, so we’re looking for a 2bd 2ba.

Just looking for any advice or tips on finding places, apartments vs private landlords, any businesses or areas to avoid, are fitness centers in apartments worth it or would I want to use a public gym anyway.

Any advice helps, thanks!
