Old doctor retired and the new one wants to take me off my glp1

I really was not prepared to hear that today. I have been on my medication for 19 months and I am currently stable, healthy, and just maintaining my weight. My old doctor recently retired, and the new doctor at the practice told me I should rethink taking it.

I have a follow up appointment in two weeks and he is actively trying to get me to stop. I have read the data on what happens when people come off these compounds, so I know I need to stay on my protocol. Now I am going to have to advocate for myself in a way I never had to with my previous doctor, and I am just really frustrated by the whole situation.

Bolj me zanima tisto ko pridete domov in zabijete čas za brezvezno brskanje po telefonu?

I have used everything from semaglutide to retatrutide. What is the actual next step for weight loss peptides?

SW: 525 / CW: 260 / GW: 200. I am 29 and 5'11. I dropped my first 120 pounds without touching any GLP-1s at all. Later on, I started with compounded semaglutide, eventually moved to different sources, and then tested out cagrilintide and retatrutide. Right now, it looks like Reta is considered the absolute peak for weight loss, and the sema and cagri combo is right there with it for appetite control. But I feel a bit stuck lately. I just pinned my second week of Reta last night and I am not feeling the same level of hunger suppression I used to get. Are there any newer peptides in the weight loss space I should be looking into? Are there any oral pills that work instead of injections? I just want to know what the actual next step is past Reta when the appetite control starts wearing off.

I started out buying my vials from a domestic site because I wanted the shipping to be fast. The prices are high, but I assumed I was paying for a cleaner product. Recently, I joined the Discord group and found out people are buying the exact same compounds directly from the overseas suppliers for way less that I’m paying. I am tempted to switch over to save money.

I am just trying to figure out if there is a real catch. For the people who have ordered from both types of vendors, is the powder inside the vials actually any different when you use it? I want to know if the expensive domestic sites are doing something extra to the batches or if they are just buying from those exact same overseas factories and marking up the price for the fast delivery.
