First time doing a post, sorry in advance if it sounds unprofessional. So without further ado, let’s get into it!
So apparently Dreamy Bowser is multiversal because he absorbed the dream stone that can absorb 100,000 dreams in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. The problem with this is that 100,00 universes is just a complete assumption. It uses a irl island to justify having that amount of population, the actual amount of people on Pi'illo Island isn’t and can’t exactly be known. It could be bigger, it could be smaller, but we literally don’t have any way to tell, so using a irl island for a fictional video game island doesn’t work.
But let’s say there was 100k people on the island, this doesn’t matter because the Dream Stone being able to absorb dreams is outright wrong.
In the game, it’s stated to only shown and stated absorb dream orbs from dreams, not the actual dreams in their entirety. This fits how it was stated that the Dream Stone contains the power of dreams. Like how having the power of the sun doesn’t automatically make you Star level.
Like literally after that scene of the Dream Stone absorbing dream orbs, Mario enters the Dream world, with Dreambert saying they should stay in the Dream World to be safe from the dreambeats, which wouldn’t make any sense, why would they be safe in the Dream world if the Dream Stone was in absorbing entire dreams, wouldn’t they be getting absorbed into the Dream Stone?
In the next scene, while the dreambeats did close the dream portal, it’s not mentioned anywhere of the Mario and Luigi being inside the Dream Stone.
So in short, the exact amount of people on Pi’illo Island is unconfirmed, and even if it was the Dream Stone only absorbs Dream Orbs, not actual dreams in their entirety.
This means Dreamy Bowser is pretty much featless, he wouldn’t get to Uni-Low Multi outside of scaling to Mario & Luigi (though, I don’t think I even buy Universal Mario, but that is an entirely different discussion). The only good thing about Dreamy Bowser would be his wish hax.
