More interested in coming out than food.
This is my rosy boa who seems to be more interested in being taken out of his enclosure than eating. Every time I come near his enclosure and he is out he usually comes to this corner because he knows it’s where I pick him up. Unfortunately this is getting in the way of feeding because he won’t eat when I try to feed him. It’s been months since he has eaten from the tongs. The only way he eats is when I leave the mouse and leave the room. This has caused him to miss so many feedings because he doesn’t want to eat the mouse that isn’t moving. He still eats every like 3 weeks after around 2-3 attempts. So he’s fine but I really want to get him to eat a normal every two weeks right from the tongs. He’s never bit anyone and might be a little too friendly for his own good. How can I get him to stop doing that. Thanks👍
