may 15 pa deadline sa application, does that also mean na ayha pa sad sila mag start ug send out ug emails sa mga nakadawat sa said scholarship?
for reference, my pr is 84, im top 2, and gen avg nako sa grade 10 kay 97. how like nga ma dawatan ko for this scholarship?
If top 2, is the coverage still full tuition and matri or 50% lang?
