Difficulty with CarMax
hello, so I recently had a bad experience with carmax but to summarize it I basically have been calling them back to back since i ordered the car for shipping. I asked them multiple times if my co-signer will have to come with me into the store considering she lives a state away from me or if she can go into a Carmax near her or e sign. they said she can e sign or go into a CarMax near her. I went in to pickup the car and they ended up telling me she has to be there with me. So I got upset because the business office was also rude to me when I called and I had a talk with the manager. they said the salesman who assisted me will make sure he makes the appointment as an express pickup for the next time we come in but I checked and it’s still a “test drive” appointment. Should I call again to remind them? are they just giving me the run around and wasting my time?
