I saw Harry Styles and at parts they showed him on the screen live (with images / lights / colours) behind him. It was as if they'd Rotoscoped him out, but live. How is this done please? (I admit this might not be done in Premiere etc). Thank you!

It's only at a specific point in the video and in portrait (when that footage is in landscape it works fine).

It's crashed Premiere a few times as well. But if I stop and play after it I have no issues.
