Can men actually smell when a woman is aroused or is that like an old wives tale? I see it written in books all the time and I was wondering if it was real or not.

Hi ! I am looking for a book I read in like 2005 - 2009 about a stalker . It was like a dual pot from the wife of the man and the stalker of the man. He gets an STD from a toilet seat but the stalker said he got it from her . At the end of the book, I remember the stalker commits suicide but she was pregnant . The child ended up in the wife's kindergarten class, in the end .

I know that sounds crazy but I have not found the title to this book in years .
