So my brother is getting pec civil but I have questions that can a civil engineer with appropriate skills of computer science can sit in the placement of cse

So after revaluation my marks increased so where can I claim the revaluation marksheet 12th class

I got around 95 in 12th and I have registered for jee but not given it so I should fill the registration no. Or not and can you tell me which engineering colleges I can get without jee
