So Ive instituted an OA Block on my account in an effort to prevent an Ilegal ACATS transfer. I am shocked at the lack of professionalism Schwab has with protecting customers. Immediately after implementation, I wanted to test the system and was told by the rep that I failed the securty test and would have to go to the nearest Schwab office or send them a bunch of notarized documents. Only after talking to a Supervisor was I able to resolve this. I have to say that I have accounts with other brokers and Schwab is in the stone age. I may transfer all my funds to Fidelty.
