Hello everyone, after researching for about of month of where to start for CCNP, I have seen countless of positives about INE and partial positivity about CBT. However, I have not seen anything positive about the OCG. Does anyone know any cheaper alternative for INE? really do not have funds as of right now for the training but would like to start studying until I do have the funds. I’ve also tried Arash Deljoo but the strong accent is making it hard for me to understand and learn. Any help would be appreciated.

I recently got back lab results that shows my HDL-C is at 41 but all other amounts of cholesterol are normal. I am a 24 yr old male

Total Cholesterol = 105
Triglycerides = 78
HDL-C = 41
LDL = 48

Everywhere I look on how to raise HDL-C, I only see stuff to lower cholesterol, i’ve already hopped on a mediterranean diet and started exercising everyday. My pcp only stated to just eat better and exercise more but it seems like having low hdl-c and normal levels for everything else is rare.

I recently had blood work done and was told my HDL-C is borderline low but LDL was normal range. Im a 24 yr old male and my HDL is at 41. I understand that red meat has to be cut out to only 1-2 a month but chicken is hard to let go daily. would chicken still be okay to eat daily? Ive already picked up avocados and fruits for the morning and nuts to snack on throughout the day. Also would like to add veggies with chicken but just wanted to make sure that was okay because i cant stand any seafood. Im coming from a typical kid palette of food so this is all very new to me.

I have searched for possible solutions on why I am not receiving my verification emails. I am trying to upload music and this is ruining the ability to do so.
