Dogs in the store

Am I the only one who gets bothered by non-service animals in the store, I get that people wanna be safe and not tell someone with a service animal on accident to leave the store. (That’s what my asms and am told me as to why they don’t say anything) right now I’m on break and I hear a dog barking but no one has said anything and I don’t wanna have to leave the break room to tell that person to leave. Either way I’ve seen so many dogs come in just today and I’m the only one who’s ever told these people that they aren’t allowed non-service animals in this store. (Dogs were sniffing produce and saying hi to everyone they saw, things service animals do not do). I love animals, I don’t like them in an area specifically that doesn’t allow them. I think the worst part is that many people live in the apartments around the store and they can justleave the dog there.. but they don’t.. they never do.

How do you guys do it?

To anyone who is an lsa please give me some tips

I started as an lsa about a month ago and I can’t get the hang of produce. I get about 9 pallets on a weekday and about 14 on weekends, I’m expected to finish all of it in about 3 hours or 4. I can’t I fear I’m gonna get written up or get demoted but I need this pay raise and if I have to be an associate at this store I would rather just get fired.

I hate this store there’s so many products that come in compared to my last one. In fact I went to my last one to cover a shift and I finished produce in about 2 and half hours. It’s the amount of sheer stuff I can’t do all of it on my own.

We’re supposed to have 3 asms and 2 lsas but we get treated so bad here we only have two asms and me all I do is open. I’m exhausted and defeated by produce. If anyone can give me some tips on getting faster or dealing with this it would be appreciated.

Uhh what does this mean on my schedule

For context this is my second week as a lead and when I actually transfer to this new store (I stayed for a while to help my old store)

What does it mean when it specifically calls me out as a lead like that and what are those symbols above my hours I’ve never seen them?
