My number keeps increasing..

For context: I got glasses when i was 13/14. I am 17 now. I went to get my eyes checked after a while today and my number has increased by -0.75. They also said my pupils look dilated and asked if I got another eye checkup done or put some medication in. I didn't really understand why but this was the first time that happened and im kinda scared. Everytime I go my number increases significantly. It is now -3.5 in one eye and -3.75 in the other. I do have several deficiencies..could that be the cause of this?? I hate it..is there anything I can do to decrease my number without surgery?? Here's today's prescription:

Help Im scared

I have a new second lobe piercing thats like 2 weeks old. A few days ago everything was fine but like 3-4 days ago, one of the piercings randomly swole and I accidentally slept on it somehow in my sleep?? The next morning i woke up there was a little blood on there and I felt that the back of the piercing was like embedded into my skin and the front had come out a little. There's absolutely no pain, it only hurts slightly if I touch it too harshly but im really scared cuz like what even happened??😭
