Did anyone else receive the news Factuality Refresher Course today? Just curious if it was sent to everyone on the Factuality team or only certain raters.

Is anyone else experiencing HTTP Error 500 and very slow task submissions on RaterHub today?
2 hours of work in two weeks, NTA again on Monday, and not one honest update from the company. But somehow, they still have time to grade our work quality every month and offer us Bingo as if Bingo will pay our bills.
Submit a question through Zendesk? No reply for weeks or even months. Yet the people assigned to answer those tickets apparently continue getting paid while raters sit in NTA earning nothing.
Meanwhile, workers are being let go every month. Instead of keeping people logged in and waiting for imaginary tasks, why not communicate honestly? Tell us there isn’t enough work so people can apply for unemployment benefits or search for dependable employment.
Their quality graders are working. Their Bingo team is working. Their silent Zendesk team is apparently working. The only people not allowed to work are the raters.
We are sick and tired of this, Welocalize. Your workers deserve honest communication and basic respect.

The funniest part? We spend more time refreshing RaterHub than actually rating tasks. My browser has worked harder than I have.

29-hour maximum. 2-hour reality. Endless NTA. That's the real business direction.
Has anyone in the Factuality group seen tasks since Tuesday? I had a good drop on Monday and managed to hit about 8 hours, but it's been mostly NTA since then. Just wondering if it's slow for everyone or if tasks are still available in some locales.

I started seeing Label Studio tasks today.
Has anyone else received these tasks? If so, have you received any information about which Workday time code should be used to log the hours, or whether a separate code will be provided?
