Bought a Remington Rand Suburbanite on an emotional whim via Goodwill. It looked cool and I was craving a different experience from my Royal Futura 800. I should've known better as I know the typewriter would most likely be treated roughly by employees. This was quickly confirmed when I picked it up, opened the case, and found that it wasn't properly secured. It's in rough cosmetic shape but all the keys work, the platen looks good. I got a repair shop near me and I think I can take care of it but I'm still wondering - did I make a bad call?

I remembered I got this old book when I was actively shooting pictures with my Super Shooter and snatched it back from parent's home. Wondering if any folks in this community have this book or know of any other books like this that contain a lot of information about instant film?

Given that so much of instant film photography is slowly being lost to time, I thought preserving any information we still have can help to improve the longevity of instant film in the long run.

I feel like I lucked out with this 340 land camera that I got really cheap on Ebay. Turned out it has a portrait lens still on it. Next up - cleaning up this old camera.

Hi! I'm slowly getting back to instant film years after Fuji film stopped making FP-100C when my Super Shooter was my main camera. I've been using my OneStep since then and have recently picked up the Impulse and One600. Now, I'm considering buying 600 film from Polaroid directly but I'm not sure if it's different then getting 600 film locally at like Target. Any input regarding getting 600 would be appreciated
