So I received a conditional offer last Monday and they sent the the links to do the background checks. I completed it Monday night (5/4) and also finished the drug test on Wednesday (5/6). My recruiter told me that the projected start date would be the 18th however the estimated date to hear back from the bg check got pushed back from the 14th to the 20th. Should I call ESS and email my recruiter to update them or just wait.
