Internet provider recommendation

Hi! I have ATT Fiber at my current residence. It’s currently unavailable at my future residence in Fullerton. I WFH and need great internet connection. Any recommendations?

ATT says I can contact them again in a few weeks to see if fiber will be available but I highly doubt it will

Aygestin (Norethindrone) 5mg tablet

Hi! I’ve been prescribed Aygestin (Norethindrone) 5mg tablet. I’m taking it to control my bleeding as it’s been 13 days of nonstop bleeding and cramping.

I’ve been instructed to take it until my OBGYN appt in two wks and then take my regular birth control after.

What side effects have any of you experienced, if any? I’m hoping I won’t experience much since I’m taking it for such a short period.

Pain threshold

Hi, I’m afraid my pain threshold is too high.

I’ve been experiencing pain after sex. On some occasions I feel the pain during and communicate that to my fiancée. But I feel my endo has now more than ever been effecting my sex life as I think I’m developing fears of intimacy? I think for yrs I just got used to the pain. But now I’m with someone who truly cares about me, values and respects me.

How do I get back in tune with my body? She’s been through so much, it makes me so sad when I think about it. Does anyone have any advice?

For people who are in relationships w/enmeshed sons, did you and your significant other try therapy together? Did it help at all?

I’m stuck between wanting to try it (my partner is open to it and has tried it before), and believing nothing will change or things will progressively get worse.

Hi all, I’ve been w/my fiancé for almost 6 yrs. We recently got engaged in Dec. He’s the oldest of 4 and in his culture, being the oldest comes w/a lot of responsibility. His mom and tbh entire family often rely on him for a lot. He attends parent teacher conferences for his siblings, does family’s laundry, picks up after them, buys groceries, pays bills, even pays for recreational expenses like travel (1k fare overseas last summer). To top it off he pays $1200 in rent for just a room in a partially built ADU attached to the house.

When we got engaged only one person in his family acknowledged it and congratulated us, initially. His mother gave him the cold shoulder for almost 3 days. She claims he “didn’t tell her” and it’s “tradition” for him to tell her… this was confusing to both of us bc we’ve been very open w/our intentions for yrs so she knew marriage was always the plan. She even went as far as guilt tripping him.

There have been many many times when his mother calls him more than once whenever we’re together to see where he’s at, what he’s doing, ask him to run an errand, etc. One Valentine’s Day she called and demanded him to go home to watch his sister so she could go out. She told me she didn’t want me to move in bc two women can’t stay under the same roof. When she looked at my engagement ring all she said was “he didn’t tell me.” She joked I must hate his family after eventually declining her late offer to move into the unfinished ADU. And most recently, she asked him to attend a party in lieu of her husband deciding to not go w/her last min—so he went despite us having plans….

Fast forward to today: he’s preparing to move into my apt w/me in a few months. I’m excited to finally start our life together but part of me worries very much abt his lack of clear boundaries w/his mother because it’s affected our relationship in more ways than one. He’s claimed to have told her many times that he can’t be the only one she relies on (he knows he’s playing the role of her husband and father of her children atp), but she doesn’t listen. His parents are married and living together btw.

From my POV, there’s only so much talking left to do. I believe it’s up to him to start changing patterns & behaviors if he wants to see a change. He claims when he moves out it’ll be different. How do I convey this message to him while making him aware of the fact that I will not live together or enter a marriage w/o knowing I’m a priority w/o coming off as controlling??? It’s to the point where being around a majority of his family is exhausting for me & I’m starting to limit my engagement and interactions w/them as much as possible.
