We have used our friend who is part of the Toronto board to buy and sell our last 2 properties in Kitchener.

With the slow market, is there an advantage to selling with a local agent? Do agents promote within their networks?

We have been listed for a month and half and viewings are very limited. I recognize the market is slow, so just trying to think if it would make sense to move to a local agent?

(If this is an advisable option, we will ensure our friend is compensated for all the work they have already put in).

As I am nearing my goal weight, I am really focusing the next phase on building some good eating habits with my dietician and therapist, but I am really curious what long term usage and maintenance has been for people.

Weygovy has been life changing for me mentally, and I really don't want to go off of it ever, but I am curious, does it eventually stop working? Is there a dose you have found has been a good one for maintenance? What have you done to keep the weight off and good eating habits in place.

I have found at the 1mg dose my sugar cravings came back and alcohol desire increased, though still significantly better than pre Weygovy. I have had quite a bit of nausea though which is why I have stayed here for so long.

Would love to hear your experiences.
