Someone posted this spot on Instagram, does anyone know how far up it is from bear hole and how to get there?

I’m not sure if I was born with it or if it randomly appeared, but I first noticed it in 7th grade when it was painful to touch. It hasn’t hurt for a long time but it’s been around 8 years and I still have no clue what it could be. I got tests done and the doctors couldn’t give me an answer either. It feels kind of like a ball, I can move it around and lift it, super strange.
