My account for the past few days has been receiving discord violations that are just not violations and yet my account is getting suspended for them

I have appealed some of them and they have disappeared from my account standing but there punishments (not being able to send messages anywhere) still stand

I’ve contacted support but it is the most useless thing ever so now I turn here as a last ditch effort to try and stop this happening to my account

I’ll add an example of one of these violations
