Hello everyone, I joined the CAF in 2023 as an NCM. I have a bachelors in commerce with a major in finance. I got posted to my first unit 2 years ago~ , and my CO believes it’s a good idea for me to commission using SCP. I applied last year and got rejected, I placed 29th on the ladder out of 60 for LogO (only 2 applicants got accepted). I’m now a Cpl, should I keep applying or should I focus on being the best NCM I could be, is there anything other than pay being the only benefit in the long run if I commission? I want to serve as long as I can and I’m committed to this organization.
