Hey eczema peeps, how do you guys handle the itch when u wake up ? I have neck anr face eczema and boy oh boy is the worst place to have eczema. I could avoid scratching throughout the day but the only thing I cannot control is the itch after waking up. THE ITCH IS BONE DEEP ITCH like I use so much force to scratch my neck and have goosebumps all over my body from scratching it. But this also caused my skin to really got so red and raw and painful. Needed help so badly on how you guys manage your the itch. I did not use any steroids or protopic cream. I realised once I moisture my neck, the itch become unbearable so I just leave it as it is. Hi, I'm currently having eczema on my neck and face and the flare up is getting worse especially on my neck. I've tried many ways to manage the symptoms without the use of steroids but nothings helps so I'm wondering if it may due to some hidden allergies. Any recommendations of where i can get test allergy in penang would be nice

Advice for neck eczema

Heyyy fellow eczema peeps. I need some help. I've been dealing with mild eczema on my neck and inner arms 2 years ago. I've been seeing a dermatologist but they just prescribed me with steroids on and off and gave me protopic cream to deal with my eczema.

I'm now off steroids and trying to find ways to keep my eczema under controI without any medications to avoid any possible side effect. So for now I will reapply argan oil and moisturizer on my inner arms every 2 3 hours and thankfully the itch in my inner arms are still manageable and not as red as it used to be.

However, nothing works for my neck. I tried the same method but it's still itch so badly. I tried the no moisture treatment and it just so dry and itchy and i ended up scratching it way more harder.

Any advice would be great on how to deal with eczema on the neck. And I would also love some advice on how to reduce the redness on the neck. There are some days that it doesnt itch that bad but the redness doesnt seem to go away.
