Blown turbo seal?

  1. 440i. Bm3 Stage 1 91 with catless,cai, inlet.

So got smoke coming into the cabin on gentle freeway drive to work this morning.

Looks like coning from crank case vent hose(turbo inlet to crankcase)

Oil blasted on enging shield right above that pipe.

Could be crqcked under the silver foil, idk.

Ran codes(see image) 1FBD08 ready to drive. MSA deactivation request from BDC)

Tried to start to verify where leak(crank then hard clunk.

Flashed back to stock tune and car started. Kicking tons of smoke out exhaust for 30 seconds.(see image)

Now just a bit of smoke out exhaust, but constant.

What do I do?

I was hoping just that breather hose fron inlet to crank case was just cracked, but why so much oil spray?

Please help!

DME bench unlock needed on 2018 440i?

Flashing bm3 for first time.

2018 440i, cai, inlet

I am waiting for bm3 support, but I dl stock tune, dl stage 1 91, flash stage 1

And stops at 2% every time(tried 5 times)

Tried force flash 2x

Battery tender connected, new battery.

MAD intake and turbo inlet

I was doing preventative maintinence on much of the cooling system and getting drivetrain malfunction & chassis stabilization popping up when attempting bleed before starting.

Was doing ofh(reused original cooler), most hoses changed hoses new, coolant flange, new coolant temp sensor, evap purge valve(Bosch)

Everything genuine BMW except bosch purge valve

New manifold gaskets, charge pipe/throttle body gasket.

Battery tender connected during attempted bleed procedure.

I really focused to press the plugs in well, after hearing of potential not fully seated plugs.

Of course removed all dme plugs and and whatnot. Followed a few videos, frequently touching strut mount to ground myself, into a ziploc. Sat on drivers floor.

I plan to remove dme and plugs and reinstall, any advice?

Basically stock looking to make last another 100k, planned a turn once updating cooling and just put b8/eibach pro kit on.

No codes or scanner. Looking for someone whose experienced similar?
