My secured card upgraded to an unsecured a few months ago and got a pretty good credit limit. How long should I wait to request for a credit limit increase? Aiming for maybe 3k ?

-I’m about to to get my second statement with this credit availability on the 19th

I paid off my card a few days ago payment finally went thru a few hours ago but my available credit is still not back up when usually I get to use it instantly?

Is there any other main differences between these 3 savor cards they offer. There’s one for excellent credit, good credit, and fair credit. Is there any other differences other then the ones listed ?
