Do you need to unlock the Weapon first to enter Dragon Descent or i can unlock the Helm?

Weapon(Each time explosion damage is death chance to gain 1 oathboand stack, get 10 stacks to enter dragonsoul descent)

Helm(when dragonsoul Descent is active, main weapon attacks have a chance to summon 2 meteor)
