pass on my first try

I honestly thought I was done for. I got what felt like a brutal draw, lots of AMT, Regulation D, municipal securities, and disclosure questions.
I marked around 40 questions for review and was only confident on maybe 20% of the exam. I used the full 3 hours and 45 minutes.
This morning I was only scoring 50–60% on Kaplan custom quizzes.
Until now I still don't know much about AMT. I was already mentally preparing for a retake, and somehow I still passed

Paid U.S. visa MRV fee to an old application

I previously had a U.S. visa application and MRV payment about 2 years ago. That application was processed successfully. Recently, I created a new application linked to a new DS-160. I was supposed to pay the MRV fee for the new application, but I accidentally paid using the old MRV payment barcode/reference number from 2 years ago. The old payment had already been used, and now the system shows a negative balance on the old profile/payment page.

Is this something the U.S. Visa Service Desk can manually correct by matching the recent payment to the new application, or am I likely to have to pay a new MRV fee again? I'm from Vietnam and this is B1/B2 visa type.

Any advice would be appreciated.
