Anyone know of any hijabi friendly hair salons? I’m looking to get my hair trimmed and thinner.

Doesn’t have to be fancy or anything just any salon that has some border or privacy in between seats or a separate room etc would be great. I’ve looked online but get overwhelmed with searches as there’s a salon on every corner lol

Visiting from out of town, don’t know much about the area. Is there any clubs or bars that are popular amongst the emo/alt community? Really love that type of music and vibe if anyone can help with recommendations!

Is this the most depressing street in the city? What happened here? Empty labs everywhere and apartments going for $3,500. Checked out a place here today and it felt like a dystopia.

Through the local bartenders' guild (USBG Boston), I organized a small meeting with the Boston Nightlife Czar (official title is Director of Nightlife Economy for the City of Boston) and two of the members of the licensing board.

Any questions that I should consider asking? Any concerns to bring up?

I found this singer-songwriter from Korea who released a Korean song a few days ago, and I couldn’t help but notice that many of the scenes in the music video are places around Boston. Apparently, she’s a Berklee student.
