These are mice balls right?
I rescued two feeder mice and now I have pets. Now I’m worried that I was given one female and one male mouse even though they were supposedly sexed before I got them. They are about 5-6 weeks old and one of them suddenly dropped something…idk maybe balls? I have no idea but THEY weren’t there literally the day before! Advice? I do have two cages I can use to separate them if one of them is in fact male and the other has a litter. But they get along so well together and it would suck to have to do so. Obviously I want what’s best for them, just need some help making the right choice.
UPDATE: after 5 mins or so of posting this I have separated them. Of course confirming those were in fact and indeed balls. 🥲 much appreciated for the fast comments and response.
