SFP+ 10 Gbit/s PCIE NICs on Arch linux

I am looking for a SFP+ 10 Gbit/s PCIE NIC on Arch Linux, so I can hook directly to a 10 gig switch, but I am not really familiar with drivers on Arch Linux regarding these kinds of PCIE cards. Are there any brands I should avoid or look for?

Thank you in advance.

wifi on raspberry pi 4

I am currently trying to run debian on a raspberry pi 4 b via an USB-stick, but I only have wifi in my student dorm. I am trying to set up Wifi, but there is literally no networking tool I am familiar with on the base image I could find.

No network-manager, no ifup/ifdown, no systemctl restart networking. The wifi interface is detected via wlan0, but I have no idea, how I can get it up and running.

Is there any way I can get my wifi up and running?

running multiple emerge dangerous?

I started running Gentoo on the Desktop since Thursday and have been compiling a lot of software over the past few days. Since updates take a lot longer than previous distros I used (debian+arch in private, Ubuntu+red hat at work), it happens that I run a second emerge command, while another is still compiling. Usually running two package manager processes at the same time ins't possible by design. My question now is, if that is considered dangerous with emerge.

Thanks!
