Sometimes I read books and end up liking it for things that don’t have to do much with the plot. I recently read a celebrity romance,and even though I love those types of stories,I ended up liking the way the main couple were really touchy and tender with one another. My loving the story barely had anything to do with the plot.
Do you guys know any books similar to it? Spies,an agency all that sort of thing? Ofc a rivalry too.
So do I still count as agnostic if I say I’m like 90% sure there is no god and it’s just a bunch of man made tales,yet I still think some paranormal /spiritual things do exist. Maybe astrological as well I don’t know for sure of course.

Mine is Debra Flores! Her prose is beautiful. The characters she creates are so vivid, and her storytelling is just brilliant all around. I wish her books were recommended more often. wbu guys? Who's your fav?
I like the soulmates trope (with the soulmate mark thing. But I’ve only seen one or two books with that trope. Also,I’m not quite sure if this is a trope but I love the main character meets love interest in a rehab center (full of angst and they fall in love amidst tragedy)
I was a huge fan of fake dating,but now I find it tedious/tiring
