Just looked at the Warhol Frankenstein set and it had an extra UHD disc in a paper sleeve sitting in between the 2 regular cases. The other 4K disc is in the case, anybody know what the extra disc is? Don’t have a 4K player so can’t see what’s on it
Now the hard part, figuring out what to watch first. Still have some Criterion’s I just bought and haven’t even opened yet. Have enough to tide me over until the subscriber week purchases come in.
I have about $300 in open orders I’m waiting on, now today I can’t login to the website, it just tells me wrong password. Go to change the password, it tells me they emailed a link, no email from them.
Tried calling customer service on the phone, it tells me nobody can come to the phone and leave a message, then it says mailbox full, call back later. Obviously they’re not and answering phone calls.
If I don’t hear from them by tomorrow, getting ready to go up to my bank and do a chargeback on the open orders I have.
Anybody else having problems with them?
