Hi everyone,

We are Master’s students at Grenoble École de Management conducting academic research on subscription services and consumer behavior.

This study explores how managing multiple subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime, AI tools, memberships, delivery apps, software subscriptions, etc.) affects stress, spending behavior, and cancellation intentions.

Eligibility:
Anyone aged 18+ who currently uses at least one subscription service can participate.

The survey is anonymous and takes only 3–5 minutes.
