My father started a business (medical store) and bought a computer, UPS, printer, inverter and other devices for the same. The bill is in the business’s name and we provided our GST number on invoice as well. I don’t see the business doing well enough for us to pay GST on the goods sold as we mostly sell feed supplement that has 0% GST. In this case, what happens to the GST we paid on the computer parts and other business expenses?

My friend and I shifted to a 2bhk flat in Delhi on July 7th, 2024 and gave security of ₹18000 to the landlord. The rent agreement was for 11 months with a condition of 6 months lock in and if we want to vacate the flat, we will have to inform one month in advance. After 11 months, the rent was increased by 5% but the agreement was never renewed. We informed the landlord in April that we will vacate the flat after 30 days which he acknowledged. It has been two months after we vacated and he hasn’t returned the security yet. Every time he gives one excuse or another and now he does not even receive our calls. The issue is that when we shifted, our broker asked my friend to give him the rent agreement so that he can give a photo copy to the owner. After that, my friend forgot to get the agreement back and we have no legal document to proof that we lived there. We do have records of online payments of rent being paid every month to the landlord and whatsapp acknowledgements of the same. Can we send legal notice in this case? If yes, what will be the cost of the same?

I am a software developer who is currently moonlighting for a Canadian daycare. I manage everything for their website, from frontend/ backend to SMTP services/ payment gateways and deployment. I want to develop websites for companies of medical industry and my long term goal is to create a SAAS product for them but I have practically no idea on where to begin.
