Is it suppose to be this hard to find housing in Riverside or did I join the game too late? Am I over thinking it? Is there something I’m not doing right?

Where are some places I can start looking? What are some places I should avoid? Please list pros and cons, if possible!
A little about me: I don’t smoke, drink, or even party much and prefer it to be like this with my roommates. I also would like to have the entire room to myself but can share, if needed.
What are the prices for single rooms and shared rooms (2 people total). I will also need space for my car.
