Local breakdown service

So I broke down...and unsurprisingly RAC took hours to unfortunately I had pay a call out fee as I wasn't covered £161, it was great when the mechanic arrived however now the panic is over I wonder if anyone could recommend a local company who would come out within an hour. So then I'll have my their number for next time (hopefully no time soon).

180 turn round Buoy

Hi,

I'm fairly new to open water swimming. I can happily swim for an hour. I can't Tumble turn in the pool and my local open water swim is up and down round two large buoys (inflatable pillars). I'm currently front crawling to the buoy then breaststroking round it. I'd like to start drills round the buoy, but only found 90 turns on youtube. Would you just do that twice or is there a better technique?

My current swimming pace is dying at the turns

Snowdome and Tamworth train station

Hi, I'm travelling from further a field to the Snowdome and wondering if the lesson finishes at say 5pm how quickly can we get to the train station. Google maps says it's ~20 minute walk but I'm thinking more what is the "faff" like between the lesson finishing and us being able to actually leave and get on the train. Annoyingly the options are race to the station for a cheap direct train or an expensive train later.

Any recommendations for taxi firms too if that would help us save the walk? Or can I just Uber it.

P.s. I know Tamworth isn't Birmingham but it doesn't have it's own subreddit.
