DD Limitation Risks - rGBM

Something that maybe a limitation risks for rGBM:

Do they remove the Alpha Darts after a certain time has passed? Or do they just leave these inside as 1-time use only?

What happens when recurrence of GBM occurs again because the systemic drugs are not working?

The darts cannot kill cancer cells that it cannot reach. Alpha Tau should/must have secondary plan of treatments in placed. These can be reapplied because it's very safe from toxicity.

DD: Simple Analysis of how much Alpha Tau values itself as of June 2026 - Part 2

With the recent deal with Tolmar, we had a glimpse of how much in valuation that Alpha Tau really values itself (management). Since we don't have a basis for revenue & EPS, etc, then we don't have a way to value DRTS except by M&A historical data. The stock price is NOT the true value of Alpha Tau.

Shaking hands with Tolmar without knowing how much you're worth is fraught with financial disasters.

Thus, this managment did the smartest part by thinking from a businessman's view. I (Alpha Tau) hold the key to a potentially dominant treatment of all tumor-based cancer for the next 20 + years, and you (Tolmar) wants a piece of the pie. I need you, and you need me. Let's shake hands:

"333830" = The annual new cases of prostate cancer in the US only.

"20M" = The annual new cases of cancer patients worldwide.

"90%" = Between 90% to 95% of all cancer are tumor-based worldwide.

Thus, 333830 / (20M X 90%) = 0.0185461, or 1.8546% of the pie

Tolmar's total deal is $196.5M for prostate for the USA only:

"$196.5M" / 1.8546% = $10.59B of Alpha Tau, or $113/share @ 93M OS :-)

In summary, Alpha Tau will be dealing in a position of strength and holding all the cards. Do you want a piece of the elephant in the room? You (partners) will have to make a reasonable valuation deals with me, and nothing less. :-)

Expect many more deals like this throughout the world because "the world is (their) oysters".

DD Simple Analysis of how much Alpha Tau values itself as of June 2026

Do you know how much Alpha Tau values itself based on market cap?

333830 / (20M X 90%) = 0.0185461

$196.5M / 0.0185461 = $10.59B MC 😉

Actual Calls vs DRTSW - Which is better?

I have Calls 12.50 from June to January in the amount of ~$800, and I have DRTSW in the amount of ~$1K. However, my Calls seemed to be decaying faster than the DRTSW. The rest of my DRTS investments are actual shares (~4K).

To those who are Options expert/master. :-)

Question: Should I switch all my Calls to/--> DRTSW? Or let it play out?

DD Question: Longterm risk of alpha particles & the physics of the decaying process of Ra-224 in the human body?

Has Alpha Tau did a long-term study of Ra-224's physical effect on the human body? In other workds, does Radium-224's decay process cause cancer itself, or any other major side effects?

I understand the science and range limitations of Ra-224, but trying to project if there maybe side effects not discovered yet.

Moat/Patent Question - The DARTs for R&D by big pharmas

Can big pharmas purchased these DARTs, and then use it for their R&D? For example, Merck contract DRTS for 10-years supplies of DARTs to create other drugs/vaccines.

Nobel Prize in Medicine - When?

This is such a revolutionary way of treating and curing many types of cancer! A new era of oncology has begun.

Alpha Tau Medical will probably win 2 Nobel Prize in Medicine:

  1. Alpha Darts
  2. Abscopal Effect

When do you think? 🙂

Do they award this to individuals only? Or possible for a company to be awarded?

SOC: Lung Cancer? Breast Cancer? Liver Cancer?

Alpha Darts will be pretty much the first-line SOC for cancer of the brain & pancreas.

How does it now compares to other Indications: Lungs? Breasts? Liver? Are the Alpha Darts the best SOC for these, too?

Being first-line SOC will open TAM (Total Accessible Market) in the millions of patients per year.

Abscopal Effect as an Endpoint

The alpha particles breaks down the cancer cells in many different parts especially the releasing of tumor antigen markers after billions of cancer cell deaths.

After 4+ days, the DARTS/seeds are now inert for the immune system to cleanup, study, adapt/learn, and produce specific T cells.

Voila! You now have your own personal vaccine!

Prion Disease

I think the Alpha Darts maybe viable for other hard to cure diseases such as Prion Disease. If it's a localized area, then it maybe possible to attack it.

Kill the localized abnormalities, then allow the brain & the immune system to heal/repair itself. There maybe disadvantages & cons such as loss of body functions, memories, etc. BUT the alternative (death) is not an option!

Same with benign tumor(s) in a critical spot such as the spinal cord, lungs, etc.

How the Alpha Dart kills/destroys DNA in cancer cells

https://www.reddit.com/r/Damnthatsinteresting/comments/1o8unv3/a_piece_of_uranium_ore_emitting_radiation_inside/

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WV6RYmig6YE&list=WL&index=8

I think this is how Radium-224 kills the DNA of a cancer cells. Imagine these bullets (alpha particles) going through a cancerous DNA strands, and these alpha particles range is ~2mm or just inside the confines of a cancerous tumor for 2+ days. Cancer cell deaths in the trillions!😄

Longterm supply of Thorium/Monazite ~30years?

With Thorium/Monazite being in demand for other things such as Thorium reactors, will there be enough for mankind's needs for cancer treatment for the next 30 years?

Will the US government prioritize medicine over energy?

This is revolutionary and generational that supplies of monazite/thorium will become the new "oil" and a national interest. Thoughts?

Technical questions: Radium-224 vs Actinium-225 vs Lead-212 vs TAT

Is Radium-224 the best element from a physics based cancer treatment? Can a different element do the same, and then copy the Alpha Darts methods? How wide is the patent aspect of this new form of medicine?

It seemed so simple that I wonder that a major drug companies never thought out of the box that instead of attacking cancer cells from within, why not just use physics to kill these?

Dilutions of $1B to complete production and certifications by 2029.

I did a rough estimates of expenses for Joby, Achr & EVTL that shows, at least, $333M expense per year to complete their productions & certifications of the actual planes. It seems inevitable that HOVR will need $300M for X7.

What's your long-term strategy in holding the stocks? Trade the stock at 5.50 & at 11.50? Or hold to fruition to $18-$20 by 2030 or sooner?
