I need to return a pair of eye glasses to a company called Tijn, located in Hong Kong, but they won't provide me with a number and I can’t find one online, despite searching the depths of the internet for one. The package needs to be tracked, and AusPost is refusing to send it without a phone number. Has anyone else ran into this issue? Is there any way I can circumvent this?
