i have this old HG8245q2 and i want to use it as a ATA for my landline phone but its LOS because i dont use that ISP anymore

can i get internet from a lan port from my other router to this one
I know i can bridge but it will make the router dumb and the ATA wont work

is there a way i can get internet from lan port without lobotomizing my router
