best ai writing tool that isn't chatgpt

I’ve tried a bunch of AI writing tools but still haven’t found one I really want to stick with. ChatGPT is fine for quick stuff, but for actual writing I keep running into the same issues with tone, context and editing.

Looking for something that feels more natural to write with, especially for longer projects. What are people using besides thia?

asked my partner what they thought of my world. they asked if the magic was like harry potter. I said no. they said oh cool. that was the whole conversation.

3 yrs, a magic system with genuine internal logic, 6 cultures each with distinct languages, religious practices, economic systems. a history that goes back four millennia and wars that shaped the current political landscape. a map I redrew four times to get the geography right. Asked my partner to read the lore document (lmk tell u: they got to page 2)

I have built something that feels as real to me as the actual world and the person I share a bed with compared it to harry potter and then asked what was for dinner.

worldbuilding is the loneliest hobby

Handling separate mesh draw calls in WebGL customizers

I am building a browser-based customizer where users can click to change clothes on a 3D model. To keep performance smooth on mobile, I need to keep the individual clothing mesh sizes incredibly small but i am confused about what is the most efficient pipeline to turn a 2D outfit sketch into optimized, separate quad meshes that share a universal origin without bloating the asset file sizes?
