I've done this in the past, and it seems to cover a lot more distance, but most athletes don't do it. Essentially, you do a burpee broad jump, stand up, and then fall forward (feet don't move) the height of your body.

I can't find any official measurements for the white box you stay within as you walk back/pull the sled.
